Data Removal Workbook
When you want to remove your information from the internet, it can be a difficult process. Sometimes websites will have hidden links that allow users request they remove their data and other times these requests are not made publicly available on any page of choice but instead require an email address for verification purposes only (which is almost impossible if trying locally). My goal in this workbook was always going help take research-heavy tasks off people's plate by simply telling them where everything starts!
Here's what you'll get with the Data Removal Workbook:
A comprehensive list of over 200 common sites and services where your data may be stored.
Instructions on how to remove your data from each site
There are blank forms for you to document your work and successful removals.
A sample message to be sent to request data removal
Why must you get this workbook?
If you believe the security of your personal information, think again. These days, protecting your information is the exception rather than the rule.
Approximately 282 million people experienced some type of data breach in 2021, making them susceptible to a range of crimes, such as:
Unauthorized credit card charges
Breached bank accounts
Compromised email accounts.
Takeovers of social media accounts
Unauthorized requests for credit lines or loans
Fraudulently filed tax returns
Sadly, there are dishonest people on the Internet who want to take advantage of you. As a result, it's critical to understand the types of information that these people seek and the ways in which they can exploit your data.

Hi there,
I am Cecile, a Certified Cyber Security Professional and Ethical Hacker for a Fortune 500 company. My expertise is in Open-Source Intelligence Techniques (OSINT), social engineering, and Network Testing.
I’m here to talk to you about online security. Now, I know that a lot of people might think this doesn’t really apply to them, but trust me, it does. Just a few years ago, I was the victim of an online crime, and it was all because I didn’t have good security hygiene. And let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty. After losing everything I owned at the time, I decided to get very familiar with the internet and track my attacker down, which I did. That experience eventually inspired my career in cyber security.
So don’t worry, I’m here to help you avoid that same fate.
During the years, I managed to learn quite a bit about internet safety. Much of what I reveal in this course has been learned through trial and error and continuous professional education. Internet safety is all about keeping yourself, your family and your personal information safe. Once you learn how to do this, you will feel much more secure in using the internet for a variety of different purposes.
